  • Expedited Shipping: Typically arrives within 2-3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) will typically arrive the next business day.

Shipping Rates

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can track your package online. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently only ship to physical addresses within the United States and select international locations.
  • We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarding services.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us immediately at garrett@cartersboots.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays can occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, carrier delays, holidays). We cannot guarantee delivery times and are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

EU Shipping Orders to EU countries are shipped via UPS. Estimated delivery times: Standard 10–15 business days, Expedited 5–7 business days, Express 2–3 business days. Please note that import duties and taxes may be assessed by your country's customs authority upon delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient.
