Refunds cannot be offered on boots returned for warranty issues after being worn. We are happy to replace the boot or offer you store credit.

Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status(7-10 business. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. For sale items, a refund will be issued in the form of store credit.
