Despite this turned out to be a drop ship order since my size 13 B width was not in stock, which led to unexpected delay, but i have to say Carter’s team support was worth the wait, the boots turned out great in terms of looks/fit/comfort, happy with my purchase & hoping Carter’s would keep narrow sizes like 13 B in stock more often.
The suede leather has no scratches or marring noted, looks good. Both right and left boot are color matching (I’ve had boots come new where they were slightly different color). My first hybrid boot soles, so we shall see. The only reason for the four star is that the pull straps are stiff and too close to the shaft, making inserting my fingers more difficult than it should be when pulling on the boot. I am, however, pleased with the overall boot construction and comfortable fit.
Perfect fit. Great quality. About time someone made great cowboy boots in a B width.
