1-Year Manufacturing Warranty

Thank you for choosing Carter's Boots and Repair. We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our cowboy boot brands: Hondo, Carters, Black Jack, Fenoglio, Rios of Mercedes, Anderson Bean, Macie Bean, Old Gringo, R Watson, and Horse Power. Our 1-Year Manufacturing Warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Coverage Details:

• Duration: This warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
• What’s Covered:
  • Defects in materials and craftsmanship, including stitching and upper materials.

Warranty Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage resulting from improper care or misuse.
• Normal wear and tear, including scuffs, scratches, or fading.
• Alterations or repairs made by unauthorized personnel.

How to Make a Claim:

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at garrett@cartersboots.com within the warranty period.
2. Proof of Purchase: Have your receipt or proof of purchase ready for verification.
3. Return Instructions: We will provide you with instructions on how to return your boots for inspection.

Our Commitment:

If we determine that your cowboy boots have a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace them at no charge.
